Refund policy
Every UNPAVED Audio Labs plugin comes with a free, fully working 14-day trial, so you can make sure it works on your system and fits your music before you buy. Because of that, purchases are generally final.
If you buy a license and have a technical problem we can't fix, email support@unpavedaudiolabs.com within 14 days of purchase. We'll try to solve it first, and if we can't, we'll refund your purchase.
Orders are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which issues approved refunds to your original payment method.
