Terms of service
These terms cover your use of unpavedaudiolabs.com and the software sold by UNPAVED Audio Labs ("we", "us"). By using the site or our software, you agree to them.
Purchases
Our products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, billing, taxes and receipts, and its own terms apply to the checkout.
Software license
When you buy a license, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on up to two computers you personally use, for any music or audio project, commercial or not. You don't own the software itself; we do.
You may not share, resell, rent or give away your license key, or copy, modify, reverse engineer, crack or redistribute the software.
Free trial
Trial versions are for evaluation and stop working when the trial period ends.
Updates and support
We may release updates and fixes. Support is available at support@unpavedaudiolabs.com.
No warranty
The software is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free or work on every system. Please use the free trial to check compatibility before buying. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
